SANKALPA Skill Development Program – Empowering North Karnataka’s Workforce
On 29th January 2025 our new Skill Development Program Centre has opened in Hubli.
Unemployment remains a pressing issue in North Karnataka, especially among youth and marginalized communities. Despite their potential, many individuals lack the necessary skills to meet industry demands, resulting in limited job opportunities. To bridge this gap, we have launched a Skill Development Program focused on equipping people with practical, market-relevant skills.
The program offers comprehensive training in:
- ✅ Computer Skills: Basic IT, Microsoft Office, and digital literacy.
- ✅ Communication & Soft Skills: Spoken English, workplace etiquette, and interview preparation.
- ✅ Entrepreneurship: Business basics, financial literacy, and small enterprise management
Who is it for?
Designed for unemployed youth, women, and economically disadvantaged groups in North Karnataka. Upon completion, participants will receive placement support with job opportunities in the Hubli region, leveraging its growing industrial and service sectors.
